You will find lots (and I mean lots) of at 永久脫毛 which personally I wasn’t interested in. With regards to lasers and intense skincare treatments I am one of those those who likes to get a professional to work their magic on me, instead of attempting to become one by obtaining a kit from my local drug store. I visited a clinic within my hometown that have recently opened for some treatments.
I went along to a couple of sessions, but didn’t see any results – AT ALL. So, it was fair to express I wasn’t going to waste anymore money. Strike one. FYI – I know individuals who have had treatments of IPL done (mainly all Asian/Indian kinds of skin) and I have been told it takes lots of sessions to see results. I are also told by my current laser technician (and head trainer & educator of Polaris Laser Hair Removal) that IPL fails to focus on Indian skin and contains short term benefits. It basically isn’t the very best laser for too long term hair-free fuss.
The next occasion round, I decided to go for a YAG laser but to my luck, my technician had blagged her way into making me think she was doing me a favour. If in reality, her so called YAG laser was much more of an IPL treatment then everything else. I will tell you it made my hair just a little fainter, but nothing drastic – and i also had at the very least 6 sessions. Once more, I wasted not just my time in travel but a lot of money! Strike two.
Over the past 5 months approximately We have been going to a lovely laser technician, who lucky to me, is based in the same county as me! I had told her all of the problems We have had previously with hair laser removal and she provided me with her honest and professional advice. She explained to me that IPL isn’t extremely effective (especially on Asian skin) for 永久脫毛. It works whilst you are receiving it done but provide annually approximately and you may visit your hair growth coming back again. The penetration of the laser isn’t as deep and doesn’t target the hair follicle to the extent as being a YAG laser does.
I then explained the so-called YAG laser treatment I had been getting before visiting her. That is certainly when she did just a little digging (in her own free time) and informed me that I had been missold my laser treatment. The laser which I was getting done was more similar to IPL when compared to a proper YAG laser. It was much more of a diode – basically which means I wasn’t going to get the same results has I might have using a proper or do i need to say real YAG laser!
She then explained all about her laser. The laser she uses is the Long Pulsed Nd: YAG Laser by Polaris Medical. She is a specialist educator/trainer for this laser and has been doing the business for twenty years – she basically knows her shiz.
This laser can be used hair removing of hair on all skin types, light to dark. One of many advantages of this laser is the fact its melanin absorption is quite low. Melanin is what gives your skin it’s colour. The more melanin halbfl have, the darker the skin and the other way round. Due to it’s low absorption of this, there is certainly very little risk of the skin to get damaged by hyper/hypo pigmentation. This means that the long pulsed Nd:Yag lasers is idea for for hair removal on medium to dark skin!
I have to go with clean, lotion/potion free, make-up free, perfume/deoderant free and hair free. Yep, so that you must shave before hand (everywhere you want to target!). This can be so the laser can arrive at the folicle without the hair strands getting in how.
I have learnt the tough way by accidentally having some perfume in my neck and the laser burning my skin – luckily it wasn’t that bad (my Elizabeth Adren Eight Hour Cream sorted me out!). However, this really is common and will happen.
During Laser Treatment
During the laser session, the part/s of your body are sectioned off (as you have seen in the picture above). The 永久脫毛 is utilized with an air-conditioning type cooling tube which is hovered within the area of your skin since it is getting lasered – this can be so that you don’t feel the heat. The sensation of getting this done is much like someone poking you having a needle. Depending on your pain threshold or the location you may not feel it whatsoever.
